If you have a slope or retaining wall on the installation site, we recommend this service. Our experienced installers will measure and cut the product’s posts to match your uneven ground. This ensures that your product will be level inside.
Our installation service includes:
- Measure and cut posts for uneven ground to ensure the floor of your product is level on any site
- Minor site clearing (customer is to remove tree's/stumps/landscaping)
- Work with your requests/needs for any custom products ie. Window locations
- Install the product to the highest standards. Our team are qualified to guarantee long-lasting results
- After installation clean-up
- We will continue to assist with any further questions or issues after installation
We also offer a free pre-installation/decision site inspection for all of our products. The Pre-Installation Site Inspection is a free service to pre-empt any challenges. This service is carried out by our experienced installers and includes:
- Discuss and decide on the package that’s right for you and suits your backyard best
- A check of any floor plans for registered builders
- Confirmation of the final product order
- Provide final quote including any extra works you may require
- Confirmation of the time schedule to complete the work
