Sales Consultant – Sydney

Full-time Position

Aarons Outdoor Living is a dynamic, exciting, industry-leading Australian owned company with 14 super stores across 4 states.

We pride ourselves on being the one-stop Outdoor/Backyard solutions provider, selling quality timber structures and products including timber cubby houses, forts, playground equipment, timber sheds, bali huts, gazebos, workshops and more.

The successful applicant will be completing the following tasks:

    • Assist Store Manager in the daily operations of Aarons stores, including acting in a manner that positively contributes to achieving Store Budgets and Key Performance Measures (KPI’s)

    • Ensure full support for all national promotions, initiatives and events, including Local Area Marketing processes and standards

    • Assist Store Managers to implement Sales and Local Area Marketing planners, generating and converting these leads into sales

    • Detailed learning of all Aarons policies and procedures, and products, including features and benefits to advise and guide on the best product selection/solution for customers

    • Process all payments securely and discreetly and complete any Sales Reports when requested

    • Floor sales and customer service

    • Internet and phone sales

    • Reaching weekly budgets

    • Proactively following up quotes and lead generation

    • Providing exceptional customer service – before and after sales

    • Assist in keeping the showroom (display yard) tidy and maintained

  • An intermediate level of computer literacy

The right person will have experience in a budget driver sales role (minimum 2 years), be a strong sales person (not afraid to ask for the sale), passionate about providing exceptional customer service and be available to work the required roster, including weekend shifts.
